One machine break down can lead to severe impact on profit line at the customer end leading to impact on trust. At SANY India, we take pride in setting up a complete in-house call center which addresses critical issues and complaints registered by any customer.

We have been improving our call center with every inbound query we receive. It is imperative for us to evolve with every customer grievances to ensure we offer holistic service experience.

All our inbound and outbound conversations are focused around one key parameter of Quality. SANY has a unique internal guideline on service commitments, which we strictly adhere to. Also, in case of any delay from SANY’s side, we try to deliver the best and we allow some compensation in some cases as well.

To cater to the service of the equipment, we deploy our technically competent and fully trained service engineers and in some crucial cases we also seek technical expertise from our parent company, SANY Group.

Our in house call center is responsible to handle queries not only from India but also caters customer queries from neighboring countries like Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. Today we are well poised to be a global customer care center.
