SANY India, in partnership with the National Academy of Construction (NAC), Andhra Pradesh, has undertaken focused skill development initiatives to empower local youth and workers. This collaboration is designed to enhance employability by providing structured, hands-on training in the operation and maintenance of construction equipment.
Through this initiative, multiple training programs have been successfully conducted, leading to the certification of over 50 operators. The partnership not only strengthens technical capabilities within local communities but also contributes to sustainable livelihood generation and workforce development in the region.

Machine Support – Vada Gram Panchayat, Gujarat
SANY India, as part of its commitment to sustainable rural development, has undertaken the Vada Pond Beautification Project in Gujarat in collaboration with Durga Infra Mining Pvt. Ltd. (DIMPL). The CSR Committee approved this initiative to support the restoration and enhancement of a vital community water resource. To facilitate the project, SANY India contributed an SY120 Excavator, enabling key activities such as de-silting, landscaping, and basic infrastructure development of the village pond. This initiative is aimed at strengthening water conservation efforts, improving environmental conditions, and enhancing the overall well-being of the local community. The pond renovation work has been initiated and is currently in progress.
Mortuary Van Donation – Kuruli Gram Panchayat, Maharashtra
SANY India, as part of its commitment to community welfare and social responsibility, donated a Mortuary Van (Swargarath) to the Kuruli Gram Panchayat near Chakan, Maharashtra. Undertaken through its CSR initiative, this contribution addresses a critical civic need by ensuring that families have access to a dignified and dependable facility during times of loss. The initiative is a step towards supporting the community with essential services that uphold respect and compassion in difficult moments. This effort underscores SANY India’s dedication to creating meaningful impact in the communities surrounding its operations. By focusing on practical, need-based interventions, the company continues to strengthen local support systems and contribute to improving the overall quality of life in the region.
Digital Infrastructure Support – Ratnagiri, Maharashtra
SANY India, as part of its commitment to education and digital empowerment, extended CSR support to Zila Parishad Primary School in Taluka Lanja, District Ratnagiri, Maharashtra. The school, which caters to approximately 545 students from Classes 1 to 7 in a Semi-English medium, plays a vital role in shaping young minds from diverse backgrounds. Through this initiative, SANY India aimed to strengthen the school’s digital infrastructure and enhance the overall quality of education. The school was equipped with essential digital learning tools, including interactive panels, an inverter with battery backup, and a Xerox machine. This initiative is designed to improve access to modern educational resources, create a more engaging learning environment, and support the development of a technology-enabled academic ecosystem for students.
